• Establish a high level of rapport and trust with the Teleflora (and non-Teleflora) florists • Call upon and develop a relationship with key retail Florists via phone calls, Skype sessions, and in-person meetings to introduce them to our products and the significant savings available to them with the ongoing use of our products • Develop, implement and execute sales presentations that resonate with the retail florist in order to meet sales and customer targets • Work with internal departments/resources to provide custom products/solutions to Top Accounts that have the potential to bring significant volume to your portfolio • Prepare reports, as necessary, for the Inside Sales department management • Utilize appropriate order entry, call tracking, and contact management software • Participate in sales, product and process training as required.
